How does DreamTrack track my sleep? DreamTrack reads sleep data from Apple HealthKit, which is collected automatically by your Apple Watch while you sleep. Just wear your watch to bed.
What do the sleep rings mean? The three rings represent Duration (how long you slept), Quality (deep sleep, REM, efficiency), and Consistency (regular bedtime schedule). Fill all three for the best sleep score.
What is the Readiness Score? The Readiness Score combines your sleep quality, heart rate variability, and resting heart rate to estimate how recovered you are each morning.
How does the Smart Alarm work? The Smart Alarm monitors your sleep stages on Apple Watch and wakes you with haptic feedback when you are in light sleep within your chosen wake window.
How does HomeKit integration work? DreamTrack creates HomeKit timer automations based on your sleep goal times. Your Good Night scene triggers at bedtime and Good Morning scene triggers at wake time — all running natively through HomeKit without the app.
Can I export my data? Yes. Go to Settings and tap CSV or JSON to export your sleep history via the share sheet.
Does DreamTrack work without an Apple Watch? DreamTrack requires an Apple Watch to collect sleep data via HealthKit. Without a watch, there will be no sleep data to display.
The app shows no data Make sure your Apple Watch is worn to bed and has sleep tracking enabled. Open the Health app and verify that DreamTrack has permission to read sleep data. Pull down to refresh on the dashboard.
The app is not responding or crashes Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store.
